Recovery Process
Claim Tracking
Claim tracking can begin
at 30, 60, or 90 days.

will contact the payor to make sure the claim has been received and discuss
any issues on each individual claim.
Continuous Follow-up
USB&C
will continue to contact the payor at designated intervals until the claim
has been paid or denied. This contact with the payor insures that claims do
not “fall through the cracks” of the system.
Monthly Reports
USB&C
will generate monthly reports detailing the actions taken on each claim that
has been referred to us.
